Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët (/ˈhɛjvo̠/ /ˈkrisol/ [loose] [armpit]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nënchyën Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët was founded by Glkêbêbm Ezaenzo, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 12°C (53°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a freezing -1°C (31°F). Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët receives an average of 150 cm/y (59 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3056 m (10026 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1289, by Glkêbêbm Ezaenzo. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Glkêbêbm Ezaenzo.
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët is is constructed arround a series of spacious paverstone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Astonishigly, the would-be-castle fortifications are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët shows Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.

Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

The Howler near Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 3 via mimery.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Lake Cahuilla began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which was isolated to the area around Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët, which was swallowed by the fumes for several days. Hëyvo̠ Krisol Vrët lost 191 people, 277 livestock, and 61 buildings in the disaster, though it is of note the local plant life flourished after the disaster. The disaster is referred to as the Anguish Wind.
